Convection ovens for gastronomy and catering

Our convection ovens, warm air in forced circulation, are ideal to cook, to grill, to cook “au gratin”, to brace ect. Optimal therefore for meats, fish, vegetables and small pastry.

Moreover, thanks to automatic humidifier (sprayed water breaking in), is it possible to restore the superficial humidity of foods with low liquid content and, to mass parity, it obtains more volume and softness of foods.

 
 
Warming cupboard 10

It is a warming cupboard which completes the cooking ovens; particularly the ovens of the 10 and 20 series.

Besides a timer and a thermometer, it also includes an automatic humidifier to increase the level of humidity. Ventilated
