Convection ovens for gastronomy and catering

Our convection ovens, warm air in forced circulation, are ideal to cook, to grill, to cook “au gratin”, to brace ect. Optimal therefore for meats, fish, vegetables and small pastry.

Moreover, thanks to automatic humidifier (sprayed water breaking in), is it possible to restore the superficial humidity of foods with low liquid content and, to mass parity, it obtains more volume and softness of foods.

 
 
Convection ovens mod. TEC15 – 15G

Covection ovens for restaurants and communities up to 200 meals.

Tec 15 is the electrical model, while Tec 15G is the gas version with indirect heating (no burned gas in the cooking chamber).

The ovens are equipped of a double bolt at the door and both models are available, on request, with capacity 15 grids GN 1/1 - grids distance 60 mm. - or 10 grids GN 1/1 - distance 90 mm.

Two fans grant a strong and a uniform ventilation.
