Mixt Ovens for gastronomy and catering
Coven broads a range of electric and/or gas ovens, with boiler or direct steam, suitable for many applications in modern kitchens.

Mixt ovens, convection+steam, allow to use many cooking cycles studied to optimize a wide variety of plates. They work by means of convection system plus the steam, that grants numerous advantages, and exalts the natural colour and reduces the loss of weight of foods.

MX series, equipped with boilers, grant short cooking times, (great power) and more accurate cooking results. Adjustable steam quantity in the cooking chamber (not available for Tec 3 MX model).

MD series, direct steam version without boilers, allow a saving of investment of about 15% for electrical models and of 12% for gas ones.

The most complete and valid help in the kitchen is given by the Programmable USL Mixt Ovens series (version not available for TEC 3MX and TEC 3 MD). You can program the sequence of the various cooking levels with the set times and temperatures.

The oven is supplied with 30 default recipes, that can be changed, and with the possibility of adding a further 28: of course in the user's language.

 
 
Convection ovens mod.6 EMX-MD SUPER/GMX-GMD

Convection + steam ovens for restaurants and catering up to 50 meals. Steam use make these models more versatile for cooking cycles.

Tec 6 MX is the electrical model, while Tec 6 GMX is the gas version with indirect heating (no burned gas in the cooking chamber).





They are both equipped with boilers (MX), that grant short cooking time and accurate cooking results.
Direct steam versions, Tec 6 MD and Tec 6 GMD, are available
Adjustable grids distance, as to take the best advantage in space inside the cooking chamber.
