Convection ovens for gastronomy and catering

Our convection ovens, warm air in forced circulation, are ideal to cook, to grill, to cook “au gratin”, to brace ect. Optimal therefore for meats, fish, vegetables and small pastry.

Moreover, thanks to automatic humidifier (sprayed water breaking in), is it possible to restore the superficial humidity of foods with low liquid content and, to mass parity, it obtains more volume and softness of foods.

 
 
Convection ovens mod. TEC7 – TEC7G

Convection ovens for catering up to 70 meals.

Tec 7 is the electrical model, while Tec 7G is the gas version with indirect heating (no burned gas in the cooking chamber)

Tec 7 Series differs from Tec 6 series from the great power of heating and ventilation.
